Cancellation Policy

We value the time of both our guests and our therapists.
The Faces may require a 50% deposit to secure certain appointments.
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment:
The appointment may be cancelled without a cancellation charge. Any deposit paid may be transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment:
The deposit may be retained by The Faces and may become non-refundable.
No-show:
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
If The Faces needs to cancel an appointment, the guest will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund of the amount paid.
