Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without an additional rescheduling fee.
A rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit may be retained.
If a guest arrives late, The Faces will make every reasonable effort to provide the scheduled treatment; however, the treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent guests.
The treatment price will not be reduced due to a guest’s late arrival.
In cases of significant lateness, The Faces may need to reschedule the appointment. Such rescheduling may be treated as a late cancellation.
